I’m an 80s baby all the way.  I grew up in Brooklyn watching my older cousins rock custom Louis Vuitton pieces, track suits, four-finger rings, and door-knocker earrings.  My older cousin (we’ll call her T) always had the illest stuff.  We were  inseparable as kids.  Mostly because I wouldn’t let her move a muscle without me! I am certain she has something to do with my shopping habits.

There wasn’t much that my brother and I wanted for as kids.  We essentially had all the best toys, clothes and shoes.  However, I can’t recall ever having a pair of shell top Adidas, know now as the Adidas Original Superstar.  Buying these sneakers brought back so many childhood memories from Brooklyn.  I am here for the resurgence of the Adidas Originals trend.  I have my eye on a few other pieces, specifically this and maybe .
