| Dress – Ross | Shoes – F21 |
I feel like my dress is too short and my heels are too high today. I am always fighting with myself about what is work appropriate and what isn’t. I think I do a great job of looking fierce and being professional at the same time. I will admit I do push the threshold sometimes but not too much.
Have you guys ever watched Lipstick Jungle, I loved this show but it got canceled. The character Nico Riley was a fierce businesswoman and her style on the show was incredible! All the ladies were fabulous but Nico was my favorite. I miss all the gal pal tv shows, Sex in the City, Girlfriends, and Cashmere Mafia. All we have now is Real Housewives of such and such.

LOVE ths dress, and the color is so chic! Great combo with the nude pumps. Your hair looks fab too, loving the longer length with the bangs.
AND OMG!! I was obsessed with Lipstick Jungle!! It was such a great show, I own the DVDs, so I watch them often. My bff and I were so pissed when the show was cancelled!! We LOVED Nico and Victory!! Such a great show, full of fashions; kept me so inspired!

The dress didn’t look short, but when I feel like I’m risking it on length I try to downplay the height of my heels. Then again I’m 5’2″ so I can get away with shorter lengths anyway lol
I am not that tall either only 5’5″. I have worn this dress several times, I think it was the taller heel making feel like it was too short this time. The shoes looked to great to change them, lol.

Thank you, I actually didn’t have to hunt for this dress. Sometimes at Ross and Marshall you have to get in there and dig, but there is always good finds.
I really love this dress and you look FAB in it! It seems just a smidge short for work to me. I would wear it with matching colored hose and a blazer, if I had to wear it at work.
