| Blazer – H&M | Blouse – Bloomingdales Outlet | Pants – Zara | Tote – JustFab | Either you’re a fan of leopard or you aren’t. I have been transformed into a leopard lover! For some people leopard might me a little daring for the office but it really depends on how you style it. Stick with a simple print that’s not too busy and more on the darker side. Definitely mix it up with bright colors; I think my pink blazer adds a little extra something to my outfit. Lastly, don’t overdo it. No leopard pants or tight fitting leopard skirts save those for the weekend. If you work in an environment where anything goes, I’m secretly jealous of those people, then definitely turn it up and have fun. I can’t wait to wear this blouse with a pair of white jeans and cute sandals. Do love…

Plan, Prepare and Perform
Today’s topic is going to be about preparing, planning and performing for a workout. Most of us have to-do lists that are miles long and sometimes there aren’t enough hours in the day to finish everything. I myself can attest to this and since starting out on my fitness journey my time seems to be even more limited. It’s frustrating when I am unable to find that perfect balance. Instead of letting my frustration get the best of me I use it as my motivation to prioritize my life. Instead of giving up I gave into the fact that I needed to prepare, plan and perform. Prepare What are you going to wear? Workout clothes are so important, especially undergarments. Ladies I cannot stress the importance of a good sports bra. I do not recommend working out in regular undergarments they will not give you the support your need. I…

Last week I had the opportunity to attend the Style Bloggers of Color Conference at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Miami. I usually don’t do well interacting in large groups, that’s the introvert in me, but I had a fantastic time mingling and doing what style bloggers do when we…
White On Point
| Blazer – Forever 21 | Tank – Saks Off 5th | Pants – Express Outlet | Shoes – GoJane | Instead of sticking to my usual uniform of black and white I mixed things up and threw on my new Express Ultimate Double Weave Columnist Ankle pants (that’s a mouth full). I LOVED these pants until I wore them and attempted to take outfit pictures, there was something that was off about them. Instead of tossing them into the Goodwill pile I laid them out next to my coveted Zara ankle pants. The lengths were just about the same, but when I laid them on top of each other the Express ankle pants were a little bit wider at the hem. Whew, super easy fix! I took the pants to my seamstress and she took them in at the cuff. I seriously cannot stress the power of alterations and…
