Summer is not over yet, there’s still plenty of time to rock those beautiful maxi dresses.  This dress has been on my radar for two summers and for two summers it was out of my price range.  However, I recently won a $250 Victoria’s Secret gift card from Style of Sydne and this dress was the first thing I purchased.

Even after placing the order for the dress and checking out how other bloggers rocked it I was still unsure how the pleats would look on my curvy frame.  I didn’t want the fullness of the dress to make me appear bigger than I am.  I honestly could have gone with an XS instead of a S but I didn’t want to risk the dress being too short.  Overall I love everything about this dress and it’s already been worn three times!

  1. You look beautiful but I have a question. Were you able to wear a strapless bra with that dress? I was looking at the dress online and want to buy it but wondering if a bra would show.

  2. Wow, you look so gorgeous and graceful in this dress. I want the same lol
Which lenght have you bought? Usually I wear size m , should I buy it in s or xs?
    Thanks

  3. First time for me on your blog (got here thru pintrest)…anyway you are LOVELY! Your outfit combos are wonderful, appropriate for the real working world and affordable above all else. You and I wear the same clothing size, and I have to say how refreshing it is to have someone like you on a style blog…someone who isn't plus size or skinny mini but really has a great figure with an adult woman's assets. I especially got a kick out of the Ann Taylor tweed skirt (I have the same) and I have to say seeing on someone else makes me like it all the more! I very enjoyed your blog and will be back in the future.

  4. Girl, I have been looking at your outfits and you look fabulous! I'm for sure gonna start following you. Love seeing trendy fashion for us curvy ladies 😉
