What sane person decided to give up eating meat two weeks before a major vacation? This girl did and it was interesting being newly vegetarian and traveling. I had no game plan besides not eating meat, lol. I ended up eating a lot of carbs and fruit because I didn’t do any research about food prior to my trip. Of course, my friends had no clue I was vegetarian and were completely intrigued by my new lifestyle.
My friend Lisa spearhead this entire trip and found this beautiful resort with a private beach.
Target is my go-to spot for bathing suits. I can always successfully find something that makes me feel confident and beautiful. The best part of any girls trip is the pool-side pictures.

Last but not least Jackie OI found Puerto Rico very interesting. I felt as if I hadn’t even left the states at all. San Juan reminded me very much of NYC. We did a lot of partying but didn’t sight see much. I need to plan another trip to enjoy Puerto Rican culture.
